Jazzy is the result of 3 years of patiently waiting for Emma, as Penelope took her own sweet time about giving us a doeling.  Her Dam, Penelope was in the top 10 mini-nubians on 1-day milk test in 2020, and her Sire, Quil, brings a lot of potential to our herd. His dam and sire's dam both carry milk stars and his sire had daughters that have placed in the top 20 in Nigerians at nationals, which given the number of Nigerians out there is no small feat.

I love how much Jazzy has deepened through her body this year.  She also has an improved topline, shoulder assembly and udder attachments and height over her mother. 
Jazzy has a lot of ear control but when relaxed does have nice floppy ears.  She uses her ears to tell us all her feelings.  She also has a gorgeous roman nose. 
She has her milk star with both TMGR and MDGA.

2022 yearling:
1st in class and best udder in class
1st place Dam and Daughter with her Dam, Penelope
Fall v-show 2nd place under one judge and 3rd place but best udder in class
2023 as a 2yr old 2nd freshener:
Spring v-show 2nd under one judge and 9th under the other
Fall v-show 2nd under one judge and 5th under the other
2024 as a 3 yr old 3rd freshener: 
Longview PNWMDG Show, 2nd and then 3rd in class 
Spring v-show 2nd but best udder in class under 1 judge and 3rd but best udder in class under the other
Roseberg Dairy Goat Show, 2nd in class under one judge, then 1st in class, then Reserve Champion, best udder in class, best udder in breed, and best udder in show under the other judge

In 2024 at the Oregon State Fair, she took Grand Champion and Best Udder out of 45 mini-nubians and then Best Doe in Show and Best Udder in Show under judge Dan Green, getting her first leg towards a permanent championship! 

We are excited to see Jazzy continue to mature!
