We were super excited to add Rolling Hills Wells *B to our farm! We decided to sell Apollo as we could only breed him to Chrysanthemum, and I was not planning to bring a new buck in for a few months but when I saw Wells was available, I jumped at the chance! Wells' dam and Sire's dam both carry milk stars with good udder attachments and he has a well put together front end with strong legs and feet. His dam's fore udder blends nice and smoothly, with a lovely length to her teats for hand milking, and the good breed character is a big plus too! I have not focused much on generations, feeling like getting confirmation right is a bigger issue, but Wells has both put together in a very nice package. I also am thrilled to be bringing in some different genetics into our herd, since Wells hails from Iowa, his genetic profile is different than most of the goats I have access to here. All together, we can't wait to see what Wells does for our herd.
